Patna: The stability in the bullion market of Patna for the last five days finally broke today. Sharp fluctuations were seen in the prices of gold and silver on Thursday. While on one hand the prices of gold slipped, on the other hand the prices of silver suddenly jumped. This has created an atmosphere of surprise among the buyers as well as the businessmen.
According to the latest rate list released by Patliputra Bullion Association, a decline of Rs 500 per 10 grams has been recorded in the price of gold. There has been a huge increase in the price of silver by Rs 8,000 per kg. This softening in the price of gold has brought relief to the customers, but this sudden rise in the price of silver has changed the thinking of the market. Many shopkeepers say that we all are surprised by such a huge increase in the price of silver. The biggest reason for this is industrial demand.
On the other hand, customers are also surprised about this reversal in prices. After five consecutive days of stability, such changes have confused even the people planning to buy. According to shopkeepers, if this trend continues then there may be a lot of activity in the market in the coming days.
