Actually, Chalda Mahasu Maharaj has been sitting in Dasau temple since May 2023 and he spent about 2 years and 10 months here. Before this, he had also stayed in Samalta, Koti-Kanasar of Jaunsar. Crowd of villagers was being seen in Dasau for the last several days to have darshan of Chalda Maharaj. Because people knew that now Maharaj would leave for Pashmi village of Himachal.
Daseu Chalda Mahasu Maharaj Committee member Ranveer Sharma told that Chalda Mahasu Maharaj spent about 3 years here and during this period lakhs of devotees visited the Maharaj here. He also informed that during this period around Rs. 4 crores. The amount was spent as Bhandara for the devotees who reached here. He told that with the cooperation of the people of about 15 villages of the area, the arrangements have been going on regularly, but today people are definitely feeling disappointed that Chalda Mahasu Maharaj is leaving from here to another place. He said that after parikrama, Masu Maharaj will return from Daseu village, for which he will be eagerly waiting.

People of Jaunsar Baba area told that today on 8th December when the deities were leaving from here. Very disappointed by this and till today his blessings remained in this area. He said that now it is not known when Mahasu Devta will visit this area again, but it will definitely be awaited. Mahasu devotees told that they did not know that they would be so sad that Maharaj would leave this area today.
