On the other hand, a Delhi court has completely rejected the transit anticipatory bail plea of Gaurav and Saurabh Luthra. Considering his conduct and the seriousness of the case, the court clearly refused to grant relief. Investigation has revealed that as soon as the news of fire in the club was received, both the brothers booked tickets overnight and fled the country. Thai officials say that they have hidden the real purpose of the visit. Now they can be kept in the detention center there.

An official said that visa cancellation may require a Thai court order. This order will declare him as living in Thailand illegally. Only this process will pave the way for deportation.
