Goa Club Blast Video: At least 23 people died in a fire in a club in Arpora, North Goa late Saturday night. According to police, the fire broke out around midnight at a club named Birch near Romeo Lane in Baga, one of the most popular beaches in the coastal state. Police officials said it is suspected that the fire broke out due to a cylinder blast around midnight. Several fire tenders were sent to the spot, and the rescue operation continued till Sunday morning. Most of the dead are employees working in the club. Now the question arises that who is responsible for the death of those 23 people? Is it right to issue orders for investigation only after such an incident or should the entire safety of any club or restaurant be investigated while issuing the license?
