New Delhi (PTI) On Tuesday, gold prices jumped by Rs 198 to Rs 48,480 per 10 grams in the country’s capital New Delhi. According to HDFC Securities, the rise in gold prices was due to positive global trend. In the last trading session, gold had closed at Rs 48,282 per 10 grams.
Gold 1,843 dollars per ounce in the international market
In the domestic bullion market, silver rose by Rs 1,008 to Rs 65,340 per kg. The silver contract closed at Rs 64,332 per kg in the previous trading session. With the rise in the international market, gold rates reached 1,843 dollars per ounce. At the same time, silver prices also jumped to 25.28 dollars per ounce.
