Kochi: The Kerala High Court has said that boys should be taught that they should not touch a girl or woman without her consent and this should be taught to them in schools and families. Referring to the increase in cases of sexual harassment in the society, the court said that good manners and etiquette lessons should be a part of the curriculum at least from the primary level.
