This cruise is proceeding as per its schedule and do not pay attention to the news of its getting stuck in Bihar. This cruise is on the longest river cruise journey in the world. Officials said that the cruise reached Chhapra in Bihar in the afternoon of January 16 and the tourists aboard spent some time here. Meanwhile, news came that the cruise was trapped. SDRF (State Disaster Response Force) boats were at the spot as a precautionary measure on receiving the information. There is no hindrance anywhere regarding the cruise. SDRF boats were provided ‘by the district authorities’ as a routine precautionary measure.

Can’t go to the shallow banks of the cruise river
Group chairman Raj Singh told ANI that Cruise is not trapped. Actually technically it cannot go on the shallow bank of the river.
