Benefits of Kachnar: Kachnar plant is a panacea for health. It contains many nutrients, the use of which provides relief from many diseases of the body. Doctor Amit Verma (MD Medicine) of District Hospital Barabanki told Local 18 that Kachnar is a medicinal plant. Nutrients like protein, fiber, carbohydrates, fats, vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus are found in abundance in it, which keeps us away from many diseases.
In the morning, consume 1-2 grams of Kachnar root powder with buttermilk. After it gets digested, eat digestible food in the evening. This is beneficial in piles. Apart from this, consuming 1-2 grams of red Kachnar stem paste with curd is beneficial in piles.

To get relief from cold and cough, you can consume the decoction prepared from Kachnar flowers. Consuming the decoction of Kachnar flower twice a day can provide quick relief from cold and cough. It is also very beneficial for asthma patients.
Often people develop eczema, ringworm and itching on their skin or rashes appear on the face. In such a situation, applying a paste of Kachnar flowers is beneficial.
It is very important for diabetic patients to keep their blood sugar level under control. The anti-diabetic properties present in Kachnar control the blood sugar level in the body, thereby preventing the risk of heart disease and many other diseases.
If there is gas in the stomach, making a decoction of Kachnar bark and adding half a teaspoon of ground celery to 20 ml of the decoction is beneficial. Consuming it after meals in the morning and evening relieves flatulence and gas.
