Makhana Chaat Recipe Ingredients
• 1½ cups flower makhana
• ½ tsp chilli powder
• ½ tsp mango powder
• 1 tsp chaat masala
• ¼ tsp salt
• 2 tbsp tomatoes, chopped
• 2 tbsp onion, chopped
• 2 tbsp cucumber, chopped
• 2 tbsp green chutney
• 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
• 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
• 2 tbsp peanuts, roasted
Follow these steps to make masala chaat
1. First of all, fry one and a half cup of makhana on low flame till it becomes crisp.
2. In a bowl, take ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp mango powder, 1 tsp chaat masala and ¼ tsp salt. Mix it well.
3. Now add 2 tbsp tomato, 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp cucumber, 2 tbsp green chutney and 2 tbsp tamarind chutney.
4. Mix everything well. Then add roasted makhana in it and then mix everything again.
