Green chili – 10
Celery – 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice – 2 teaspoons
Oil – 3 tablespoons
Salt – as per taste

First of all, wash the green chili and cut it into two parts.
Now place the pan on the gas and put two to three teaspoons of oil in it.
When the light is hot, add all the chilies and fry it for about 3 to 4 minutes.
When it is roasted, add celery and fry it for a minute or two.
After this, mix salt according to taste and turn off the gas.
During this, stir the chili thoroughly and mix lemon juice in it.
