Dry Chest Ingredients
Dry chest – 100 grams, potato – one chopped, onion – one chopped, tomato – one chopped, tamarind solution, turmeric powder 1/4 tsp, chilli powder – 1/4 tsp, salt as per taste.
Dry Chest Recipe
First of all, soak the dry chest in hot water for some time. After this, take out the chest from the water. Now take a pan and heat oil in it. After this, add onion and fry. When onion is fried, add potatoes to it and cook for some time. After the potatoes are cooked, add dry breasts to it. Now add some turmeric, chilli and salt as per taste and cook for some time. After this add tomatoes in it. When the tomatoes are cooked, add tamarind solution to it. Add tamarind and cook the vegetable for some time.
After cooking for about five minutes, the delicious local style brisket curry was ready. You can serve it with roti or rice.
