It is good to take this fish
To make fish fingers, first of all you have to use fresh boneless fish. Rohu, Basa or cod, any of these fish can be used. Cut the fish into long finger-like strips. After this, prepare a spicy marinade by mixing lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, salt, red chili powder and a little chaat masala in a bowl. Add fish strips to this mixture, coat well and let it marinate for about 20-25 minutes, so that the spices penetrate deep inside.
do this for coating
Now comes the turn of preparing the coating, which makes the fish fingers crispy. For this, keep flour in one plate and breadcrumbs in the other. Break two eggs in a separate bowl and beat them. First wrap the marinated fish in flour, then dip it in egg and finally coat it in breadcrumbs. If you want to make it even more crispy, you can repeat the coating of egg and breadcrumbs once again. Keep the prepared fish fingers in the refrigerator for 10 minutes so that the coating sets properly.
it takes time to fry
To fry, heat oil in a pan on medium flame. The oil should not be too hot, otherwise the fish will burn from outside and may remain raw inside. When the oil is well heated, gently add the fish fingers and fry until golden and crisp from both sides. It takes about 4–5 minutes to fry once. If you want, you can also bake them in air-fryer or oven, this makes them more healthy.

Drain the fried fish fingers on tissue paper to remove excess oil. Serve them hot with tartar sauce, mayonnaise or green chutney.
