Let us tell you that in this heinous incident, a charge sheet was filed in the court by the CBI against six accused. During the hearing, one accused died in jail due to illness, while two accused were killed in separate encounters by Noida and Haryana police. In this case, charge sheet was filed by CBI against a total of 6 accused – Zubair, Salim, Sajid, Dharamveer, Naresh and Sunil. Salim had died in jail about four years ago. Now the court has declared five accused guilty.
what was the whole matter
CBI advocate Amit Chaudhary told that on the night of 28th July, 6 members of a family resident of Ghaziabad were returning from Shahjahanpur after attending the thirteenth function. Miscreants stopped the car by throwing an iron rod on National Highway-91 near Dostpur flyover in Dehat Kotwali area. After this, the accused took the girl, her father, mother, aunt, uncle and cousin hostage. The accused took everyone to a field on the other side of the road. First they tied the hands and feet of all the men. After this, the accused committed gang rape with the 14-year-old girl and her wife. After committing this heinous crime, all the accused ran away from there after looting. The victim’s father alleges that after the incident, he called dial 100 several times and asked for help, but no one reached.
High Court handed over the investigation to CBI
After the incident, gross negligence of the local police came to light. After which action was taken against 17 policemen including the SSP. In this case, Bulandshahr police immediately arrested three accused, who were later found innocent. After this, the High Court handed over the investigation of the entire case to CBI. CBI investigation revealed that the entire incident was carried out by members of the Bavaria gang. After this, charge sheet was filed by CBI against Zubair, Salim and Sajid.
Three more accused arrested from Haryana
A few months after this incident, Haryana Police caught a gang. Investigation revealed that members of this gang, Dharamveer, Naresh and Sunil were involved in the Bulandshahr gangrape case. After this, a parade of the accused was conducted with the victim, in which she recognized all three. After this, CBI prepared a charge sheet against these three and filed it in the court. The court had framed charges against these three on 27 July 2018.

The court has convicted all the accused under sections 394, 395, 397, 376D, 120B of IPC and relevant sections of POCSO Act. The court will announce the punishment on Monday. After being convicted, when the accused were being taken out of the court in police custody, one of the accused, Zuber, smilingly told the media persons, “Make the video properly and make it famous.” His shamelessness was captured on camera, which revealed his lack of remorse. Other culprits were also seen without any remorse.
