Explain that Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is replying on the discussion on the budget on Saturday in the House. The first phase of the budget session is to run from 29 September to 13 February, while the second phase will run from 8 March to 8 April. The proceedings of the Rajya Sabha in the first phase have ended on Friday.
73,000 crore provision for MNREGA
The Finance Minister said that many claims of reduction in MNREGA budget were made. But earlier the money of MNREGA used to go to such people who were not eligible for it, now it is not so. In this budget, a provision of Rs 73,000 crore has been made for MNREGA. If needed further more money will be given.

Finance Minister gave this answer on reducing agricultural allocation
Regarding reducing the allocation in agriculture in the budget, the Finance Minister said that this government transferred a profit of Rs 1.15 lakh crore to the accounts of about 10.75 crore farmers under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. We estimate that 65 lakh farmers of West Bengal could not be given the money of this scheme because the list of these farmers did not come from the state government, so we could not make full use of the budget allocation.

Loan is available without guarantee in PM Swanidhi scheme
Under the PM Swanidhi scheme, a loan of Rs 10,000 for one year is being provided to the street vendors of urban areas without any guarantee. The scheme is part of the Rs 20.97 lakh crore self-sufficient India campaign package. These loans can be availed through 3.8 lakh Common Service Centers (CSCs) spread across the country or application forms can be uploaded online from the municipal office or this form can be obtained from the bank.
