Nisha Kumari, a resident of Meru of Sadar block of Hazaribagh, has today become an example of women empowerment. He has started a startup named ‘Glow Melt’ by giving a new and attractive look to traditional candles. Nisha makes fragrant and attractive candles in more than 150 designs. Whose demand is increasing rapidly in online and offline markets. Nisha tells that this idea was her father’s. During Diwali, on his father’s suggestion, he took 15 days of training through online medium. Started making candles. Now his hobby has turned into a business. Their candles made from soy wax burn without smoke. Prepared in many flavors and unique designs like pickle, carrot halwa, teddy and bucket candle. In which special messages are hidden.
