In the workshop organized by Dance Maze Company in Barmasiya, Katihar, Varshan Monteiro and Vicky Das taught the tricks of dance to the youth, which showed enthusiasm and inspiration among the students.
A two-day special dance workshop has been organized by the Dance Table Company located at Barmasia in Katihar district. In which the country’s famous dancer and India’s inspirational choreographer Varshan Monteiro has joined as the chief instructor. Dozens of students are taking part in this workshop which will run till Wednesday, where they are being taught dance tricks in a professional manner. As soon as they reached Katihar, the team of Dance Table Company gave a grand welcome to Varshan Montero and popular dancer Vicky Das.
Vicky Das, who has proved his skills on a big stage like ‘Dance India Dance’, is also playing the role of a trainer in this workshop. With the arrival of both the artists, special enthusiasm is being seen among the youth learning dance. While talking to the students during the workshop, Monteiro also shared the struggle of his life. He told that initially he used to hone his talent by dancing on the streets and roads of Nala Supada.
Many career options in the industry
He said that hard work and continuous practice brought him recognition at the national and international level. Monteiro gave the message to the students that if they want to progress in the field of dancing, then hard work, discipline and continuous efforts are their biggest weapons. He said that today there are many career options in the dancing industry, hence the youth should be serious about their dreams. Vicky Das also inspired the students and said that success is not the result of one day’s hard work. If any youth wants to make his future in dancing then he will have to keep practicing continuously.

He said that no matter what the stage is, hard work and dedication make the artist stand out from the crowd. Dance Table Company Director SP Mandal said that this workshop has been organized till Wednesday. Any student who wants to take training in the field of dancing can join it and get excellent guidance. Every possible support will be provided by the company, so that the talented youth of Katihar can make their mark at the national level.
