Farrukhabad News: After 10 years, the relationship built on Facebook suddenly took such a turn that the girl from Kanpur was shocked. The young man whom she loved thinking he was Hrithik Singh, reached Farrukhabad and his real identity was revealed as Shadab. It is alleged that when pressured for marriage, the young man put a condition on her to accept Islam and when she protested, he even tried to kill her.
Farrukhabad: A shocking case has come to light in Farrukhabad, which has shocked everyone from the police to the local organizations. It is noteworthy that a Hindu girl from Kanpur has made serious allegations against a Muslim youth from Farrukhabad of befriending her under a fake name, deceiving her for 10 years, physically exploiting her and pressurizing her for religious conversion. After the girl’s complaint, a new twist came in the matter when she told that the story was based on a big lie from the very beginning.
The girl alleges that she befriended a boy on Facebook, who called himself Hrithik Singh. Gradually the closeness increased and the young man maintained the relationship for about 10 years with the promise of marriage. But the real shock came when the girl pressurized him for marriage. The young man suddenly took her to his house in Farrukhabad on 26 November. From here came the big twist in the story. On reaching home, the young man himself admitted that both his name and identity were fake. That means he is a Muslim and will marry only when the girl accepts Islam.
The family members beat up the girl
The girl alleged that the matter did not stop here. The young man’s family also started besieging him for religious conversion and when he refused, they allegedly tried to beat him up. Somehow she ran away from home and returned to Kanpur and informed about the entire incident. As soon as the matter reached the city police station, officials of Rashtriya Bajrang Dal and other Hindu organizations also reached the police station and demanded strict action.
Case will be transferred to Kanpur
CO City Aishwarya Upadhyay told Local 18 that the girl was in a relationship for about 10 years and now the concealment of her identity has come to light. Police has started the process of registering a case on the basis of Tahrir, since the incident is from Kanpur, hence the FIR will be transferred to Kanpur. Now the police investigation is busy unraveling the layers of this entire matter. Is it just a case of deception or is there some deeper conspiracy behind it? The truth will become clear only after investigation.
