To make Makhana Chaat, first turn on the gas and place a pan on it. When the pan becomes hot, fry the makhana in it until it becomes crisp. When the makhana is roasted, take it out in a bowl. Now roast raw peanuts in the same pan and turn off the gas.
Now take makhana in a big bowl and add peanuts, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 1 boiled potato, 2 spoons of green chutney, 2 spoons of tamarind chutney, salt and red chili powder as per taste. Mix them well.
Now mix all the ingredients well. When it is mixed, add half a cup of pomegranate and salt as per taste. Add green coriander on top for garnishing. Your Makhana Chaat is ready. Now you can serve it.
