Til-Khoya Burfi – To make Til Khoya Burfi, mawa is used along with sesame seeds. First, sesame seeds are roasted and ground coarsely, then syrup is made from sugar, sesame seeds, mawa, dry fruits clippings and cardamom are mixed in it and the mixture is stored in a tray. When it is slightly hot, cut it in the shape of barfi. Dry fruits clippings are garnished from above.
