Nuh Murder Case: Due to old rivalry in Kotla village of Nuh, Haryana, Fajju was beaten to death, many including Azad were injured, police have registered a case of murder against 17 accused. There was rivalry going on between the two parties for 15 years.
NuhAn elderly man was beaten to death in a violent conflict between two parties over an old rivalry on Tuesday morning in Kotla village of Nuh district of Haryana, Many people have been injured in the incident, On the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case against 17 accused under serious sections including murder, The victim Azad’s son Fajju told the police that his family was having a rivalry with some powerful people of the village for the last 15 years,
His father Fajju son Noorshah was present at the shop at around 9 am on Tuesday morning. Then Iqbal alias Bali came there and an altercation started. After some time, all the accused reached the spot armed with sticks and axes and attacked Fajju. Hearing the sound, Azad and his family members came to the spot, but till then the accused continued attacking.
According to the complaint, the attackers Rahul, Aslam and others attacked the ribs and body several times with sticks and sticks, due to which Fajju fell on the spot. During this time, family members and villagers tried to intervene, but the accused hurt them too. After committing the crime, all the attackers fled from the spot. Injured Fajju was brought to Nuh CHC, where doctors declared him dead. Arif, Sahajad, Arif’s son Fajju and Azad were also injured in this attack. On receiving information, police reached the spot. After this, the injured were admitted to the hospital while the post-mortem of the deceased was conducted and the body was handed over to the relatives. On the complaint of victim Azad, the police have registered a case against a total of 17 accused. Police station in-charge Shyambir Akeda also visited the village so that peace could be maintained.
