Toor dal- 1 cup
Spinach- 2 cups
Onion- 1 big
Tomato-1 big
Garlic- 5-6 cloves
Cumin – half teaspoon
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
salt as per taste
Ghee or oil – 1 tablespoon
