What things are needed to make mutton?
500 grams mutton, 2 big onions finely chopped, 2 inches ginger finely chopped, 2 garlic cloves finely chopped, 2 green chillies finely chopped, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon red dry chilli powder, 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala powder, 1 teaspoon mutton masala powder, salt as per taste, mustard oil. You can keep the quantity of all these as per the amount of mutton you want to make. It can be increased or decreased. This material will be enough for four people.
Which easy method makes delicious mutton?
To make mutton in a bachelor way i.e. in an easy method, first of all buy mutton from the market. Wash it thoroughly. Many times it happens that during washing, dirt remains in it, which spoils the taste of your mutton. After washing it thoroughly, keep it in a separate vessel.
Half the amount of mutton and onion
Then take onion weighing half the weight of mutton and chop it finely. After that prepare a paste of ginger, garlic and green chilli. Add salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder and mutton masala as per taste on that paste. Now comes the turn of marinating the mutton.
How to marinate mutton
Put the mutton with these spices in a pan. Then heat one cup mustard oil and add it and mix well. Leave this mixture of spices, onion and mutton to marinate for half an hour. Now put the pan on the gas stove, add mustard oil in it and add the standing garam masala. Then add marinated mutton and fry it for half an hour without water.
After half an hour, when the spices are roasted well, add water to it and cook again for half an hour. Let the fried mutton boil with water. After that, cook it till gravy appears as required and serve hot.

For example, if you keep mutton for marination, the more you keep it, the more the taste of spices will increase in it. Apart from this, do not add water when frying it with spices.
