Australian police say a shooting at Bondi Beach, which killed 16 people, including a child, targeted the Jewish community on the first day of Hanukkah.
Forty people remain in the hospital after the shooting, police added.
Drone footage taken on Sunday appears to show a gunman shooting from a bridge in a nearby parking lot.
