2 cups millet flour
Jaggery (finely broken) up to one and a half cups
Desi Ghee one cup
Cardamom powder one teaspoon
Almonds, cashews, pistachios one-fourth cup

Prepare like this
To make laddus, first heat some ghee in a pan and fry gum in it on low flame till it swells. Cool it and grind it lightly. Then add some more ghee in the same pan and fry the millet flour on low flame for 12 to 15 minutes until its aroma starts coming out and the color becomes golden. Turn off the gas and let it cool down a bit. Now add jaggery to this hot flour and mix well so that the jaggery melts. After this add crushed gum and chopped nuts and mix well. While the mixture is hot, apply ghee on your hands and make laddus of your choice. You can make it small or big as per your need.
