Beauty parlor operator Komal Kumari in Khaira Bazaar of Jamui district tells that in winter you can maintain the glow of your face with home remedies. For this, a mixture of milk and glycerine is very beneficial. Its use deeply hydrates both the upper and inner layers of the skin and repairs the skin overnight.
Komal told that before sleeping at night, wash your face with clean water. After this, wipe the face with a cotton cloth. After washing the face, mix two spoons of raw milk and a few drops of glycerin and apply it on the face. Komal told that it creates a natural protective layer on the skin. This layer protects from dry cold air and maintains the water balance of the skin. As soon as you wake up in the morning, you will feel a different freshness in your face.
Komal told that raw milk is best instead of cleanser to remove dirt from the face. If you go out and your face continuously comes in contact with sunlight and dust, then your face becomes dull. For this, take raw milk in a bowl, soak cotton and massage the face lightly with that cotton. Then wipe the face with a clean cloth. Continue this process until dirt is visible in your cotton. It works as a natural cleanser.

Using home made face pack during winter season brings natural glow to the face. For this, make a thin mixture of curd, honey and turmeric. Now apply it on the face like a face pack and leave it for about 10 minutes. After this wash it with clean water. Doing this at least twice a week keeps the skin glowing.
Komal told that people’s skin often becomes dry in winter. For this, massage a few drops of almond oil or coconut oil gently on the face before sleeping at night. Massaging with oil in cold weather increases blood flow, due to which the face starts glowing from within. If the skin is very dry then almond oil is considered the best.
Komal told that one should take good care of one’s face before sleeping at night. Use lukewarm water while washing your face at night because too cold or too hot water can harm the skin. While wiping the face, instead of rubbing, one should dry it by pressing lightly so that moisture remains and the skin does not feel stretched.
