Ayodhya News: In view of the increasing cold in Ayodhya, the administration has started arrangements on a large scale for the devotees and pilgrims. Many night shelters, including the 300-bed Nishad Raj shelter, are being prepared in the city, so that no one is forced to spend the night in the cold. Bonfires are being arranged at more than 200 places in crowded areas, temple complexes and major roads.
Ayodhya : The havoc of cold is continuously increasing in North India. And Ramnagari is also not untouched by this. According to the Meteorological Department, a continuous decline is being recorded in both the minimum and maximum temperatures in Ayodhya. Due to cold winds and fog, problems have started increasing for the common people as well as the devotees coming in large numbers in the city. In such a situation, Municipal Corporation Ayodhya has started extensive arrangements to protect against cold. To protect people from the cold on the streets of Ayodhya, the Municipal Corporation will make arrangements for burning bonfires at more than 200 places. These bonfires will keep burning throughout the night. So that homeless people, passers-by and hardworking laborers can get relief.
In view of the increasing cold in Ayodhya and the huge crowd of devotees, gas heaters are being installed in the major religious places and busy areas of the city, especially in the Ayodhya Dham area, so that the devotees coming for darshan can get relief from the cold. At the same time, keeping in mind the rapidly increasing traffic in the pilgrimage city, the administration is constructing temporary night shelters at many places. Temporary night shelters are being built near Ayodhya Cantt Railway Station, Ayodhya Dham Junction, Gandhi Park, Bus Station and Saket Petrol Pump.
This facility will be available in night shelters
According to Municipal Commissioner Jayendra Kumar, at present two night shelters are completely ready, the largest of which is Nishad Raj Shelter. With a facility of 300 beds, warm beds, blankets, clean drinking water and other necessary facilities are being provided to the people staying overnight.
Bonfire will be lit at 200 places
Jayendra Kumar said that apart from this, temporary night shelters will be built at Ayodhya Cantt Railway Station and Ayodhya Dham Junction Railway Station. Besides, night shelters are also being constructed near Gandhi Park, Bus Station and Saket Petrol Pump to provide relief from the cold. Wherever there is a large crowd of passengers, arrangements are being made for temporary shelters. To provide relief to people from the cold, arrangements have been made to burn bonfires at more than 200 places in the city and gas heaters will be installed in the Ayodhya Dham area.
