Storm DITWAH will affect the coast of Tamil Nadu this weekend from 28th to 30th November. The Meteorological Department said that the clouds coming in the area of this storm have reached Tamil Nadu. Due to these, torrential rains are possible in Kerala for three days.
Ditwah storm will hit land twice
The Meteorological Department said that Cyclonic Storm Ditwah can make landfall twice, its first landfall is likely to be in Sri Lanka and the second in Tamil Nadu. Its system is being continuously tracked and updates are being issued from time to time. During this period, situations like sudden floods, landslides, falling of trees, faults in power lines, and disruption in road-rail-air traffic can occur. Due to these obstacles, normal life will be affected.
