New Delhi. There is relief news for the people going from Delhi to Jaisalmer. People will be able to reach here on time. Railways has started a new train from today, which will leave the capital at night and reach the destination the next morning. Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav and Tourism Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat flagged off the new superfast train at Jaisalmer station. Also, the name of this train of Ghoshan will be Swarn Nagari Express from today.
Thousands of people present on the spot clapped and started dancing on drums. The train will run every day. It will leave from Jaisalmer at around 7 pm and will reach Delhi Shakur Basti around 7 am the next morning. In return, it will leave Delhi at 8 pm and reach Jaisalmer at 8 am. There are only 12-13 stoppages in between.

According to Railways, this train will stop at big stations like Ramdevra, Jodhpur, Degana, Jaipur, Alwar, Rewari, Gurugram. Its fare has also been kept favorable for the common people. Sleeper will cost less than Rs 500, 3 AC will cost less than Rs 1300. That means 6-7 times cheaper than aeroplane. This is the biggest gift for tourists, businessmen, employees and army personnel.
This station is built at a cost of Rs 140 crore
Jaisalmer station is shining like an airport built at a cost of Rs 140 crore. The Railway Minister gave instructions to complete the work of the second entry gate and coaching depot soon, so that new trains can start from here to Jaipur, Mumbai and Ahmedabad soon.
