Kanpur News: After investigation by agencies in Delhi car blast case, Cardiology resident Dr. Arif has been finally released. Now he sent his Google location to the Head of the Cardiology Department and told that he is under extreme mental stress and is feeling depressed.
Kanpur: Cardiology resident Dr. Arif, who was arrested during the investigation of his links with pharmacologist Dr. Shaheen Saeed in the Delhi blast case, was finally released after questioning by the investigating agencies. After release, he went straight to his home in Jammu and Kashmir. From there he sent his Google location to the Head of the Cardiology Department and told that he was mentally under extreme stress and was feeling depressed.
Joining took place four months ago
Dr. Arif, a first-year resident of Super Specialty DM of Cardiology Institute, had joined only four months ago, but after his name surfaced in Dr. Shaheen’s case, he was questioned by the investigating agencies. On November 13, he left duty and reached his rented room in Ashoknagar. During that time the agencies detained him.
Sent a message after reaching home, wrote – I am not fit
Head of Department Prof. According to Pandey, Dr. Arif sent a two-line message with his location. After this it was written that he is mentally very broken and is not fit at the moment. He says that the message came on WhatsApp. Dr. Arif told the head of the department that he would return in one to two weeks.
Meanwhile, the director of the institute, Prof. Rakesh Kumar Verma told that it is necessary to take administrative permission for joining. Whenever the doctor returns, the process will be completed and joining will be given. Doctors of the institute told that Dr. Arif’s father had also come to the institute recently. He was posted in Jammu and Kashmir Police. He told that Dr. Arif is very sad due to the incident and is not mentally stable. The family is also with him.

Dr. Arif has told the department that he will return in two weeks and complete the procedure. On the other hand, the department is considering this entire matter as sensitive and is moving forward with caution. The institute says that considering the doctor’s condition, he will be given time. There is an atmosphere of discussion in the institute since the name of Dr. Arif came up. However, the investigating agencies have completed their inquiries and on this basis he was released. Currently he is in Jammu and Kashmir with his family.
