New Delhi. Two hand grenades and traces of human blood have been recovered from the rented accommodation of two people arrested for suspected links with terrorist organizations in Delhi. Meanwhile, the police on Saturday recovered a decomposed body near a drain in Bhalswa Dairy area. Sources said that after the murder, the body was cut into eight pieces. The deceased was possibly linked to a drug racket. The police have not yet been able to identify the dead body. According to sources, the person was murdered about 20-25 days ago.

Prior to this, the operation of special cell started on Thursday evening in Jahangir Puri area D block and pistols and cartridges were recovered in it. Police have said that two accused- Jagjit Singh alias Jagga and Naushad were arrested by the cell on Thursday for their suspected links with terrorist organizations and involvement in heinous crimes. Delhi Police spokesperson Suman Nalwa said the accused were produced before the court on Friday and sent to 14-day police custody.

“During investigation, in pursuance of revelations, both the accused took the police team to their rented accommodation at Shraddhanand Colony in Bhalswa Dairy area, from where two hand grenades were recovered. Traces of human blood have also been found in the room. It has been told that the dead body which was found in some pieces from the drain of Bhalswa Dairy area was murdered in this house of Bhasalwa and the video of the murder was sent by both the suspects to their masters in Pakistan.

Jagjit Singh is associated with Khalistani Tiger Force terrorist Arshdeep Dalla. Arshdeep is in Canada and has recently been declared a terrorist by the Ministry of Home Affairs. Arshdeep fled India in 2017, while Naushad is associated with the terrorist organization Harkat-ul-Ansar. He has been in jail for many years in the double murder case. Both were assigned the task of target killing. According to sources, Naushad had rented this house in Bhalswa Dairy area around Deepawali. Then both together kidnapped a person and brutally killed him in this house. When the forensic experts of FSL Rohini examined the house, they found human blood stains.
