After receiving information about the accident, the Chief Minister took cognizance of the road accident that took place in Hayat Nagar, Sambhal. CM Yogi expressed condolences to the bereaved families of the deceased. The Chief Minister instructed the officials to immediately reach the spot and speed up the relief work. The Chief Minister gave instructions for proper treatment of the injured.
According to the police, there was a massive collision between a car and a Bolero pickup on the Ganga Expressway near Rasoolpur in Hayatnagar police station area. It is being told that a family from Adampur of Amroha was returning home after having a feast with relatives. A Bolero pickup full of vegetables coming from the wrong side hit the car. The accident was so severe that 6 people in the car died before reaching the district hospital. Two people are seriously injured. Those who have been referred to Higher Center after primary treatment from the district hospital. The police have taken possession of the pickup and started investigation. According to the health department, 6 dead have reached the district hospital.
