The Ebola virus was spread in Guinea in the year 2013-2016. So far, 11300 people have died in this epidemic in West Africa. Most deaths have occurred in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone. Another investigation has been done of these patients to confirm whether they have Ebola or not. The health service said that health workers are engaged to isolate the people in contact. On the other hand, Ebola Virus was spreading rapidly in the Democratic Republic of Congo, another African country. In the last 7 days, Ebola infection has been confirmed in four patients in North Kivu province of Congo. Provincial Health Minister Eugene Nazanu Salita said that the first case of Ebola in the state was revealed on 7 February.

Ebola worsens situation in Congo
In the year 2018, there was an outbreak of Ebola in Congo’s Ecuador province and 54 cases were reported. In this, 33 people died. Congo is battling the second largest outbreak of the Ebola virus in its eastern region. Even after the use of two new vaccines in Congo, 2260 people have died of Ebola virus so far.
