Bhagalpur. Bhagalpur is soon going to become a big producing area of curd. A big curd plant is to be set up by Sudha Dairy of Bhagalpur. The foundation stone of which has been laid. Its machine will be installed here soon. As soon as this plant is established, production of curd will start on a large scale. This plant will produce 10 metric tons of curd in a day. Actually, curd is still being produced by Sudha Dairy but it is being done manually. As soon as the machine is installed, everything will become automatic.
Production of 10 metric tons of curd daily
When Shivendra Singh, MD of Vikramshila Production Association i.e. Sudha Dairy was talked about regarding this, he told that we are going to set up the plant soon. Its tender has also been passed. Possibly this plant can be set up in January. As soon as the machine is purchased, we will start producing curd in the old building. We will shift there once the building is constructed. He told that it is to be prepared at a cost of Rs 5.50 crore. Both machine and building will be built in it. The purchase of the machine will be done soon and the production of curd will be started. In this, up to 10 metric tons of curd will be prepared in a day.
There will be supply in many districts of Bihar-Jharkhand
This curd will be supplied not only in Bihar but also in Jharkhand. Let us tell you that curd will be supplied in Dumka and Deoghar also. Talking about Bihar, curd will be supplied to Bhagalpur, Banka, Jamui, Munger. Shivendra Singh told that with its production the customer will be able to get the best tasting curd compared to the curd currently available. Because that is such a machine in which the curd will be cooler. He told that the curd will be cooled at 40-50 degrees. This will prepare very high quality curd.
Demand for milk will increase
At the same time, animal farmers will benefit that more and more of their milk will be able to reach Sudha Dairy. If the consumption of curd increases, the need for milk will also increase. With this, more milk will be taken from the farmers. The specialty of this machine will be that there will be no manual work in it. It will be a completely automatic machine. This machine will do the work from straining the milk to packaging. In this, curd weighing from 80 grams to 15 kg will be prepared.
