Ingredients for making cutlets
Potato – 5 (boiled)
Coriander – 2 to 3 tbsp (finely chopped)
Salt – as per taste
Ginger – 1 inch piece (grated)
Green chili – 2 (finely chopped)
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Mango powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili powder – less than 1/4 teaspoon
Garam Masala – 1/4 teaspoon
Oil – to fry
Method of preparation for cutlet
To make the cutlets, first mash the boiled potatoes well. Now heat a pan and add a tablespoon of oil to it. When the oil is hot, add green chili, ginger and coriander powder and fry it a little. Then add mashed potatoes, salt, mango powder, red chili powder and garam masala and mix well. Also add green coriander and fry it well. Masala Aloo is ready to make rolls. Now cut the sides of the bread with the help of knife. Prepare all the breads in this way. On the other hand, when the spiced potatoes cool down, divide them evenly and keep them on a plate after giving them an oval shape. Now take half a cup of water in a plate and drain a bread in water and take it out immediately.
Place the bread soaked in water on the palm and press it with the other palm and drain the bread water. Place an oval shape potato roll over it and fold the bread. Close the potato roll by pressing it from all sides. In this way, put all the potato rolls in each bread and keep them in a plate. Put oil in the pan and heat it. Take 2 to 3 rolls prepared and put in hot oil. Rotate the bread roll with a spoon until it turns brown all over. Take out the fried potato bread rolls and place them on a napkin spread in a plate. Fry all the rolls in this way. Serve hot crispy cutlet with green coriander chutney or sweet chutney.
