Palak Paneer Paratha: Although hot parathas taste good in every season, but in winters, stuffed parathas are different. In this season, parathas are made with many things like potato, paneer, sattu, cabbage, bathua etc. In this sequence, try Spinach-Paneer Paratha once. To make this paratha, you will first need some spinach. Take at least one pav of spinach and boil it thoroughly in hot water. After boiling, take it down and cool it. After this, prepare a paste by adding some water, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic and chilli in the mixer.
When the paste is ready, take flour and add the paste to it and prepare the dough in the same way as you knead the dough. After this leave it to rest for at least half an hour. Add a little salt and very little oil to the flour.
After this you have to prepare the cheese stuffing. For this, take paneer and mash it with hands and add red chilli powder, a little chilli flakes and a little coriander powder and salt as per taste, that’s all. Nothing more than that. If you want, you can also add chopped onion.

Mix it well, your paneer stuffing is ready. After this you have to take flour and make a ball and fill it. Keeping the stuffing in the middle, roll it gently so that it does not tear.
After this, apply oil, butter or ghee of your choice on the pan and cook the paratha on medium flame till it becomes crisp from both the sides. Once ready, serve it hot on a plate.
You can take pickle or green chutney with this paratha. However, it is so tasty that people like to eat it like this. You can also take a bowl of curd with this, this combination will become more healthy.
