In this, patients may have respiratory disease. At present, it is believed that this variant is not so dangerous. The matter of infection in the lungs has not come to the fore. It is believed that the new variant can spread even by talking.

In the old variant, symptoms like heart attack and stroke were seen in patients a few months after recovering from the infection. At the same time, a total of 530728 people have died due to corona infection. Talking about vaccination, so far 2 billion 20 crore people have got corona vaccine in India.

According to INSACOG data, the number of cases of XBB.1.5 variant of COVID-19, responsible for the increase in corona cases in the US, has increased to 26 in India.
