The juice of mint leaves or mint tea relieves gas and indigestion. Menthol is found in it, which cools the stomach, relaxes the intestines and reduces cramps.

Cumin water has traditionally been a trusted remedy for stomach ache in homes for generations. Boiling one spoon cumin seeds and drinking lukewarm water provides relief from acidity, sour belching and indigestion. It activates the digestive system and lightens the stomach.
If constipation is the cause of stomach ache, then Isabgol husk can prove to be a panacea. Taking it with lukewarm water or milk relieves constipation. Apart from Isabgol, drinking lukewarm water throughout the day also improves digestion and reduces pain.
