The tussle between state CM Siddaramaiah and his deputy DK Shivakumar is no longer hidden from anyone. Both the leaders are busy in wooing the central leadership of the party. Meanwhile, both of them have met separately with party president Mallikarjun Kharge who reached Bengaluru. On Tuesday, Deputy CM DK Shivakumar was present with Kharge in his car, while on the other hand, CM Siddaramaiah went to his residence and met him. Siddaramaiah wants the central leadership to approve the cabinet expansion, while Shivakumar wants the CM’s chair first citing the secret deal. While Siddaramaiah is insisting on having MLAs with him, DK is insisting on a secret deal.

Meanwhile, this issue has also reached Delhi Darbar. According to Deccan Herald report Mallikarjun Kharge Based on the report, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi will take the final decision on this issue. It has been said in the report that before the monsoon session of Parliament, both these leaders can be summoned together in Delhi Darbar. Sonia and Rahul Gandhi will talk to these two leaders together. This date of meeting could be 28th or 29th November. Meanwhile, some MLAs of DK Shivkumar camp are camping in Delhi. They are putting pressure on the party leadership to make DK Shivakumar the CM. They are openly saying that only DK will become the CM.

Siddaramaiah said that the high command will have to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Shivkumar said that the top five-six leaders of the party were involved in the secret deal that was made and now the same five-six leaders have to take the decision. Meanwhile, Kharge has not publicly commented on this crisis. He had recently said that the party high command will take a decision regarding this. He was criticized a lot for using the word party high command. The question was raised in the media that if he is the president of the party then who is the high command in the party.
