The plaque installed by the Bihar government at the foundation stone laying site was also unveiled. According to the stone plaque, the foundation stone of the construction work of the high level bridge from Andauli RCD path to PMGSY path Garhat was formally laid under the Chief Minister Gram Sampark Yojana (Residual) under the Rural Affairs Department of the Government of Bihar. The total length of this bridge is 1.15 kilometers. Its estimated cost has been fixed at ₹ 432.55 lakh. After completion, this project will strengthen the traffic in the area. Will give a new direction to local development. With better road and bridge facilities available to the villagers, transportation will become easier. Due to which education, health and business activities will also get a boost. Apart from MP Gopal Ji Thakur, names of other local representatives are mentioned on the stone slab.

Maithili Thakur has become MLA from Alinagar assembly seat of Darbhanga district. She contested the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections on Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) ticket and defeated senior RJD leader Vinod Mishra by a margin of about 11,730 votes. With her victory, she became the youngest MLA from Alinagar seat.
