Koderma: Once again a case tarnishing the sacred relationship of Guru-disciple has come to light from the district of Jharkhand. The director of a private coaching class has been accused of exploiting his own student for many years by luring her into a love trap and later reneging on the promise of marriage after getting a government job. The allegation is also that the teacher fixed his marriage with a friend of the student. After this the whole matter came to light and the victim approached the police in the hope of justice.
Closeness increased on the pretext of love and marriage
The matter is related to the Arts Coaching Class run near the Chhota Post Office of Jhumri Tilaiya city. The victim, about 23 years old, told that when she joined coaching for enrollment in class 11th in 2020, the coaching director Rajesh Kumar took her mobile number and started talking. Gradually this conversation turned into closeness. The student alleges that the teacher proposed love to her and assured her of marriage. On the basis of this trust, he spent time with her in the hotel several times.
Behavior changed after getting a government job
The girl told that about a year ago, Rajesh Kumar got a government job as an assistant professor. After getting the job, his behavior completely changed and he started maintaining distance from her. Phone conversations became less frequent and meetings also stopped. Meanwhile, the student got information that the accused teacher had fixed her marriage with one of her friends. As soon as this came to light, the student suffered a deep mental shock and decided to take help of the police.
Initially refused to recognize
After the complaint, the police called both the parties to the police station. Initially Rajesh Kumar refused to identify the victim. But when the student presented the photographs and mobile messages related to the moments spent with him before the police, the situation changed. The victim alleges that after this the accused pressured her to compromise in the case by giving her Rs 5 lakh. Due to pressure and mental stress, the student signed the agreement.
Should the accused marry or get severe punishment?
However, after returning home she realized her mistake and went into depression. In this mental state he attempted suicide by consuming poison. When his condition worsened, his family immediately took him to Sadar Hospital, where doctors treated him in time. After regaining consciousness in the hospital, the student clearly said that she wants justice against the teacher who exploited her on the pretext of marriage. The victim says that either the accused should marry her or he should be punished as per law.
