2 cups puffed rice
1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small tomato, finely chopped
2 green chillies, chopped
2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp ghee (optional)
Take a light roasted puffed rice in a pan. Be careful not to over brown them.
Take them out in a bowl and add chopped onions and tomatoes and mix well.
Sprinkle black salt, red chilli powder, green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin powder and lemon juice over it and toss it well with puffed rice.
Now add roasted peanuts and mix.
If you want, you can pour ghee on it.
