According to pediatrician Dr. Vipin Upadhyay, the rapid change in weather and increasing pollution of Ghaziabad is affecting children the most. Due to increasing cold, respiratory diseases have increased significantly in small children. The condition of asthma and asthma patients becomes worse due to the dust and smoke present in the air. Sometimes such patients may suffer from serious conditions like attack. Dr. Upadhyay says that the problem of stomach ache, vomiting and diarrhea is also increasing in small children because children drink less water in cold and sometimes they get infection by eating outside things. Small children are often not able to express their problems, so parents should pay special attention to some signs.

Even if there is no fever, it is important to show such children to a doctor immediately. Give lukewarm water to children in this season. Do not give cold water at all. Do not feed oily and spicy foods available outside to children. While going out of the house, children must wear a hat, sweater, socks and warm clothes. Include green vegetables and nutritious food in the diet so that the immunity of children can increase.
