So one day he tried making chicken patpoda at home and found it very tasty. After this he decided to make it in his shop and sell it. And people are liking its taste very much, most of the people get it packed and take it away.
This is how this special chicken is prepared
This dish is prepared on order. After receiving the order, chicken patpoda is prepared by cutting the chicken itself. After washing the chicken, it is placed on Sakhua leaves, then green chillies, onion, garlic, ginger paste, mustard oil, salt, chicken masala as per taste etc. are added and mixed well. Then it is stitched and packed with Sakhua leaves. Then it is wrapped in tin and cooked in a wood stove for about 30 minutes. After that it is served to the customers.
