Now a speedy trial will be conducted in this case of Chandan Mishra being shot dead inside the hospital in broad daylight. After solid evidence collected by the police and instructions from Home Minister Samrat Chaudhary, Patna ACJM Court has sent the case records of five main accused to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, so that the trial can be conducted quickly. Let us tell you that this murder took place on July 17 when Chandan Mishra had come to the hospital for treatment. Meanwhile, some attackers entered the hospital and shot him from close range.
