These accused include Tausif Raja alias Badshah, resident of Bhagalpur, resident of Phulwarisharif, Vijaykant Pandey alias Dhannu alias Rudra Pandey, resident of Buxar, Sadman Hasan Khan alias Nishu Khan of Rajabazar, Harsh Kumar and Bhim Kumar, residents of Digha. The police has filed a charge sheet against all of them and the court has taken cognizance of it.

Meanwhile, the main conspirator Sheru Singh alias Omkarnath Singh still remains the big face of this case. Apart from this, the police is also investigating the role of eight other people. These include Balwant Kumar Singh of Buxar, Ravi Ranjan Singh, Shubham Singh, Abhishek Kumar, Rajesh Yadav, Monu Kumar and Dr. Pintu Kumar Singh of Paras Hospital.
