Jammu. Shiv Sena Uddhav faction leader Sanjay Raut reached Jammu to join Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra. During this, he once again praised Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and described him as a leader capable of becoming the PM of India. Sanjay Raut said on Saturday that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, who is leading the Bharat Jodo Yatra, has the potential to become the Prime Minister of India. He further said that no third front can ever be successful without the country’s oldest party.
Sanjay Raut said that the Bharat Jodo Yatra will showcase Rahul Gandhi’s leadership abilities and will pose a challenge to the ruling BJP in the 2024 general elections. He said, “Apart from ideological and political differences, he (Gandhi) will show his leadership qualities and will be a big challenge (to the ruling BJP in 2024 general elections). He will do miracles. Raut said that the party has a strong presence across the country and this is essential for any front to be successful. He also emphasized that the purpose of the yatra was to unite the country and dispel hatred and fear, not to unite opposition parties under the Congress banner.
He said that not everyone can walk from Kanyakumari to Kashmir, covering a distance of more than 3,500 km is not easy. It requires a lot of determination and love for the country. He has shown his concern for the country and I do not see any politics in this visit. He said, “The main purpose of my visit to Jammu and Kashmir was to join the Gandhi-led Yatra on the instructions of my leader and I had a good experience walking with Gandhi. This is not a political yatra.
