Mahindra XUV 3OO: Mahindra XUV 3OO has a 1.5 liter engine, which gives power of 117hp and torque of 300Nm. It has the option of 6 speed manual and automatic transmission. According to the company, the fuel efficiency of MT is 20.6kmpl and AT is 21.2kmpl. The price of its diesel variant can range from Rs 8.95 lakh to Rs 13.43 lakh (ex-showroom). Note that the new Mahindra XUV 3OO RevX variant does not have a diesel engine option.
Mahindra Bolero: Mahindra Bolero’s 1.5 liter engine generates power of 76hp and torque of 210Nm. This 7 seater SUV is available in manual option. Its ARAI rating is 16.5kmpl and its price ranges from Rs 7.99 lakh to Rs 9.69 lakh (ex-showroom). Whereas, Mahindra Bolero Neo’s mileage is 18.04kmpl and its price ranges from Rs 8.49 lakh to Rs 10.49 lakh. Bolero Neo also has a 1.5 liter diesel engine, which gives power of 100hp and torque of 260Nm.
Hyundai Venue: The new generation of Hyundai Venue has been launched recently. It has a 1.5 liter diesel engine and is available in 6 speed manual and 6 speed automatic options. Its ex-showroom price ranges from Rs 10.64 lakh to Rs 15.51 lakh. The company claims that the mileage of Venue MT is 20.99kmpl, while the mileage of the automatic version is 17.90kmpl. The ARAI mileage of the old Venue diesel manual was 23.7kmpl.
Kia Seltos: Kia Seltos has a 1.5 liter diesel engine, which generates power of 116hp and torque of 250Nm. Its ARAI mileage is 20.75kmpl in manual and 17.65kmpl in automatic. The ex-showroom price of Seltos ranges from Rs 10.14 lakh to Rs 15.94 lakh.
Kia Sonet: Kia Sonet also has the same 1.5 liter diesel engine as Seltos, which produces 116hp power. The mileage of its automatic version is 18.6kmpl, while the mileage of the manual diesel engine is around 22.3kmpl. Its price ranges from Rs 8.98 lakh to Rs 14.09 lakh.
