Bulandshahr Gangrape News Update: After 9 years, a big decision has finally come in Bulandshahr NH-91 gangrape case. In this case, the main POCSO court had convicted 5 accused. The court convicted him under sections 394, 395, 397, 376D, 120B of IPC and relevant sections of POCSO Act. After being convicted, when the accused were being taken out of the court in police custody, one of the accused, Zuber, smilingly told the media persons to make a video properly and make it famous. His shamelessness was captured on camera, which revealed the lack of any remorse. Other accused were also seen without any regret. But, today when the court announced the sentence, the whole country became happy. At last the family got justice.
Bulandshahr. People can never forget the night of 28 July 2016. On this day, the whole country was shocked by the brutality that happened to a family of Bulandshahr’s National Highway-91 Ghaziabad. The criminals stopped the car with the intention of robbing it and then took the family hostage. Not only this, he first raped his 14 year old daughter in front of his family. When the father screamed and pleaded to leave his daughter, he beat her brutally. After this, he crossed the limits of brutality with the girl’s mother also. During this time dial 100 was called hundreds of times but no help was received. After gang rape of mother and daughter, the accused fled after looting. Now after almost 9 years, a big update has come out in this case. The main POCSO court of Bulandshahr has declared five accused guilty. Now in this case, today i.e. on 22 December, the court sentenced all five culprits to life imprisonment. It can be said that the family has got justice after 9 years.
