BSEB Jobs 2025 : Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has invited applications for Computer Engineering Professionals in IT/Computer field. It has been said in the notice that working professionals working in private institutions or private companies can apply. Recruitment of computer engineers will be on contract basis. According to the notice, the selection of candidates will be based on walk-in interview. Which will be organized on 13 December 2025 from 11 am at the committee headquarters, Sinha Library Road, Patna-800017.
Educational qualification
Deputy Director IT (OFSS) and Deputy Director IT (U.S.)- Must have done M.Tech or ME in Computer Science/IT. Also, minimum six years of experience in Computer/IT in Government/Semi-Government Institutions/Reputed Private Institutions/Company in Central and State Government or under its control. Those doing B.Tech should have eight years of experience.
Programmer (U.M.) and Programmer (DMS)- Must have done B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science from a recognized university. Also, minimum four years of experience in computer/IT in data processing, MIS monitoring and data/business analysis in government/semi-government institutions in or under the control of Central and State Government.
Assistant Programmer- Must have done B.Tech in Computer Science or MCA/MSc IT. Also, at least three years of programming experience in computer/IT field in government/semi-government institutions in or under the control of Central and State Government.
Project Manager (ERP) – Computer Science/IT/Electronics Engineering/Electronics Communication/MCA/MBA with at least 10 years of work experience in IT field in a Central or State Government or Government/Semi-Government institutions under its control or in a reputed private company in Data Base Management of Computers.
Networking Administrator- BE/B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc IT/MCA/MSc IT/B.Sc with Diploma in Computer from a recognized institute. Also at least 4 years of work experience in computer or IT.
Hardware Technician- BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/Graduation degree in Computer Hardware/Diploma in Computer Hardware from a recognized institute and two years experience.
How much salary will you get?
Deputy Director IT (OFSS) and Deputy Director IT (U.S.)- As honorarium, Rs 105,000 per month will be provided in lump sum and vehicle will be provided monthly.
Programmer- An amount of Rs 75000 per month will be payable as honorarium.
Assistant Programmer- An amount of Rs 70000 per month will be payable as honorarium.
project Manager- A lump sum amount of Rs 65000 per month will be payable as honorarium.
Networking Administrator- An amount of Rs 75000 per month will be payable as honorarium.
Important points of recruitment process-
- Candidates will be selected on the basis of walk in interview.
- According to the notification, the maximum age limit for employment on contract is 60 years. The honorarium will be increased every year as per the decision of the committee.
- In addition to honorarium for all posts, special honorarium equivalent to 15 days’ remuneration will be payable after completion of every six months of service period.
- The format of the application form can be obtained from the website of Bihar School Examination Committee. The decision of the committee regarding contract based employment will be final and valid.
