BPSC AEDO 2025: Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has declared the exam date for Assistant Education Development Officer (AEDO) Recruitment 2025. Applicants for this recruitment will have to face tough competition. More than 1000 applications have been received for one vacancy.
BPSC AEDO 2025: Fighting over government jobs is nothing new. But the applications received for a recruitment in Bihar have broken all records. 9.7 lakh applications have been received for 935 vacancies of Assistant Education Development Officer (AEDO) of Bihar Public Service Commission. According to BPSC, in the last five days of registration, an average of 75,000-85,000 applications were received every day.
This recruitment examination of Bihar Public Service Commission will be held in January 2026. The Commission has issued a notice saying that despite heavy traffic, the candidates did not face any problem while applying on the website.
How much salary will AEDO get?
Assistant Education Development Officer i.e. AEDO will get salary as per Level-5 scale (29,200). Out of total 935 vacancies, 319 seats are reserved for women.

BPSC AEDO 2025: Selection Process
Candidates will be selected on the basis of objective-type written examination. There will be three papers, each paper will be of two hours and will be of 100 marks.
