If you are bored of eating chutney every day, then definitely try this new method once. This chutney made from boiled tomatoes is prepared very quickly and its taste is such that everyone in the house will like it.
To make this chutney, you just need a few simple things: 2 ripe tomatoes, 2 green chillies, 3-4 garlic cloves, some salt, a little cumin and a pinch of red chilli powder. All these ingredients are easily available in the kitchen.
First of all wash the tomatoes thoroughly. Heat 1-2 glasses of water in a pan. When the water starts boiling, add tomatoes, green chillies and garlic in it and cover and let it cook for 8-10 minutes so that the tomatoes become completely soft.

When tomatoes become soft, turn off the gas. With the help of a ladle, carefully take out the tomatoes, green chillies and garlic in a plate. Let them cool for a while so that the further process can be done easily.
When the tomatoes cool down a bit, peel them. Now cut tomato, green chilli and garlic into small pieces and mash them well with a masher. If you want, you can also grind them by running them in a mixer for a moment.
Add salt as per taste, a little cumin and a pinch of red chili powder to the mashed chutney. Mix everything well with a spoon. As soon as the spices are mixed, the chutney acquires tremendous aroma and taste.
